My Heroes.

Foreword: I wrote this piece for everyone who works in the NHS. I am blessed to live in a country where I have access to first class free healthcare. Thankfully I have not been affected directly by COVID-19. However I have had a loved ones life saved in the past by the immense work and dedication of NHS staff. This is as a small thank you for everything you do and continue to do daily.
Sisters and nurses Doctors and surgeons They're in this together Passion still burning
Scared on the frontline Serving us all See colleagues fall But still standing tall
Turn up each day Without any question Love in their hearts All deserving a mention
The porters The cleaners and all in between We all come together Clap with me please
They all do their duty Under great stress For all of us served My heroes the NHS
