Lyrical Life.

Foreword: This piece I wrote about my writing. The process for me, how the words buzz around my brain. A big part of me is my lyrical life. Writing and setting the words free. It's a gift I treasure, being able to lyricise my thoughts.
It's a lyrical life The words run rife Some cause me strife During my daily hike
Try as I might I try to fight This lyrical life Not always alright
But it can be bright This lyrical life Helps heal the strife Helps aid the plight
Sets the demons loose To stop the abuse Throughout my mind Search my happiness to find
This lyrical life Is a God given gift He's my daily bread My spirits he lifts
So these words I won't fight Set them free, take flight Off into yonder, to wander and wonder This lyrical life, lyrical life I continue to ponder..
