Foreword: Ever had one of those days, months or lifetimes it seems?! You just can't get it together and you feel like you're losing the plot completely in a world where everyone else seems to have it together? This is my somewhat light hearted take on feeling like, at times I'll never get it together.

I'm sure they were here before

I put them in my pocket 

But they've definitely gone for sure..

Did I put them over there?

Brightly coloured balls of glass

Hello? Does anyone care?

I'm trying not to panic!

I'm sure they were here, I know they were here  

Oh flipping heck, oh damn it!

Has anyone seen my marbles?

Have they rolled away again?

Did I hear a smash or was it a splash?

Have they fallen down the drain?

Has anyone seen my marbles?

As without them I am lost

Please hear my plight, join the fight, 

To get 'em back at any cost

They're really not that rare

I need to find them, my life needs rewinding 

Oh crickey I'm having a mare!

I'm sure they were over the there

I had them when I stood up, but not when i sat down

Have they rolled under the chair?

I've got it all wrong, they were here all along

In my other pocket, what a dozy git!
